1100 Provider Host Unreachable
Nanobox is unable to communicate with your server(s) hosted on your provider.
Steps to Take
View the Full Stack Trace
The full stack trace includes meta information related to the running process as well as the response from attempts to connect to the host. These may help to pinpoint the exact cause of the error.
Key Meta Information
The following information is provided to help troubleshoot the issue:
Host IP: The IP of the host to which Nanobox is trying to connect.
Ping Your Host
Ping the host IP provided in your stack trace to see if it is publicly accessible.
If the server is not accessible, you'll need to troubleshoot through your hosting provider.
Contact Your Hosting Provider
There me be a known issue or outage preventing Nanobox from connecting with your hosting provider. Contact your hosting provider for more information.
Retry the Process
Once the issue has been resolved, retry the process. The retry button is available in your dashboard, to the right of the error information.
